This project focused on designing a complete e-commerce mobile and web application UI for a modern online marketplace platform called GoShop. The system was built to support both buyer and seller experiences, allowing users to browse products, manage carts, place orders, track deliveries, and handle account settings within a seamless digital shopping environment. The platform also included seller-side workflows, order management, and administrative functionalities to ensure a complete marketplace ecosystem.
The primary goal was to create a highly intuitive, conversion-focused shopping experience that simplifies product discovery, checkout flow, and post-purchase engagement while maintaining a clean and scalable design system suitable for large-scale e-commerce operations.
The main challenge was managing a large number of interconnected user flows within a single platform, including authentication, product browsing, cart management, checkout, order tracking, notifications, and profile settings. The design also needed to support both buyer and seller functionalities without causing confusion or clutter. Ensuring clarity in complex states such as order status updates, delivery tracking, payment methods, and notifications required careful structuring of the user interface while maintaining a smooth and consistent user journey.
A fully structured UI/UX system was developed using WordPress with Elementor, focusing on modular design patterns and scalable interface components. The authentication system included login, sign up, OTP verification, email confirmation, password reset, and secure account creation flows. The onboarding experience was designed to guide users smoothly from account creation into product discovery and shopping.
The shopping experience was structured around product browsing, filtering, cart management, and checkout flows with clear pricing breakdowns, delivery details, and payment method selection. Order tracking was implemented with real-time status updates such as ordered, packed, out for delivery, and delivered. A notification system was integrated to keep users informed about order updates, promotions, and account activities. Seller and admin dashboards were also designed to manage depots, drivers, orders, and reports efficiently.
The final solution delivers a complete, scalable e-commerce ecosystem that combines buyer convenience with seller operational control in a unified platform.

It also features a comprehensive shopping system with product listings, search functionality, filtering options, cart management, and secure checkout flows. Users can view detailed order summaries, apply discount codes, choose delivery methods, and track real-time order status updates.
A dedicated notification system was integrated to handle order updates, promotions, account alerts, and delivery updates. The application also includes profile management, order history, reviews, and account settings for personalized user experiences. On the seller and admin side, dashboards were designed for managing products, depots, drivers, orders, rota assignments, and reporting systems, ensuring full operational control of the marketplace.
The final platform significantly improved the overall shopping experience by creating a smooth, modern, and highly functional e-commerce system. It enhanced user engagement by simplifying product discovery, improving checkout efficiency, and providing clear order tracking visibility. The seller and admin dashboards improved operational efficiency, allowing better management of inventory, deliveries, and workforce coordination. The scalable design system ensures long-term adaptability for future features, expansion, and marketplace growth.
